Job Summary:

As a Grade Foreman at A1 Excuvator Inc, you will lead and oversee land grading projects, ensuring they are executed with precision and efficiency. You'll manage a team of operators and laborers, collaborate with clients, and ensure projects meet specified standards and timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of operators and laborers during land grading projects.

• Collaborate with clients to understand grading needs and ensure client satisfaction.

• Implement and enforce safety protocols for the team.

• Coordinate equipment and material logistics for optimal project efficiency.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during grading projects.
   

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Grade Foreman in the excavation and grading industry.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to read and interpret grading plans and blueprints.

• In-depth knowledge of grading techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with the local service area.
